Invoice

After ordering on Miximage.com an invoice in euros is created. This invoice will be available on line by accessing your Miximage account and will be also sent to you by e-mail.

Your order

When we receive your payement in euros (by chek for the Euro Zone or transfert for the other countries) your order will be sent immediately by the delivery option you choose.

If you choose "e-mail/download" as delivery option, pictures will be sent to you by e-mail but if your e-mail account can't manage big attachments (if your order pictures in A4 or A3 size) your pictures will be available on line for download with a Login / Password. Your pictures will be available for download on line for 5 days.

You can also choose to receive your picture on a CD (Mac & PC compatible).

Warranty

If you choose to receive your picture on a CD, if the one you receive is broken or have a technical failure, Miximage will replace your CD free of charge.

Just return the original CD to us (CD and packaging) in a period of less than 48 hours after having received the package (the carrier's stamp acts as proof). The replacement CD will be sent to you, upon receipt of the faulty or broken CD.

Miximage does not guarantee, in any way whatsoever, either the quality of the images or the compatibility with any computer or equipment. Miximage can not be held responsible for any damage, whatsoever, be it direct, indirect, accidental, upon the use of, or failure to use any Miximage picture.
